In the churchyard of St. Swithin at Barston is a medieval cross retaining part of the shaft, a square base, and two octagonal steps. Victoria County History of Warwickshire. Vol IV p24.
The cross above the older shaft is modern, presumably added after the VCH entry above was written in 1947.
